PERSONALITY:Midnight is a very calm and over protective pokemon. He is very proud, and he isn't at all the sociable type. He doesn't handle the childish antics of other pokemon every well, and he seems to relish the fact that Huynh never forces him to play with the others. On the other hand, Midnight has become very fond of avoiding his pokeball, and he stays right by Huynh whenever he is let out. Midnight is a very serious creature, and he wants nothing of childish nonsense. Huynh often associates the pokemon with an old man, but this old man is still in excellent condition and has a rather eccentric and sporadic temperament. His bark is usually better than his bit, so it would be best to avoid an irritated Midnight.

PERSONALITY:Dusk is the exact opposite of Midnight. She is always running about, and Huynh often struggles trying to keep up with her. She is full of curiosity and spunk, and she hates to sit still for more than a few moments. Dusk has more energy and enthusiasm than either Huynh or Midnight ever displays. She keeps them both on their toes since they never know what she might do next. Dusk has even created a mock rivalry with Midnight to see who is of greater services to Huynh, but this rivalry is merely Huynh and Midnight humoring her while waiting for something else to gain her attention.

HISTORY:Huynh comes from a very long line of Pokemon Trainers. Huynh is the first breeder in a long time when the aspects of his family are taken into consideration. Huynh's family has always been the fighting type, but this boy was never like that. He doesn't have the same interest in battles or the same thirst for battles as his family members. He has the same talents of everyone else in his family, but he doesn't use them. He decided to put his mind toward learning about Pokemon and how to care for them. Huynh has since become an exile in his own family.
Huynh announced his attention to become a breeder when he was ten. His family, at the time, didn't believe him. They all thought it was a phase that would pass by quickly, but it wasn't. Huynh's mind was made-up. It wasn't long before his parents began to find him surrounded with books and sketches of pokemon that he had observed. Worry began to grow in their hearts as more and more books began to pile up around Huynh in his room. The rest of his family waited with held breaths as the days began to count down.
Huynh had just turned thirteen when his family decided to once again question him on what he planned to be. Huynh's answer was simple: breeder. His family had a fit, and his parents all but kicked him out on the streets. That day, he barely had more than ten minutes to pack, and he had no time to bid his longtime companion good-bye. The day he left home was the day that he left a faithful companion to wait and watch for his return.
The first stop on Huynh's journey was Professor Birch. It was the only thing that made sense to the brunette at the time. He journeyed to the Professor Birch, and he began to study more. In the end, Huynh didn't make it to Professor Birch before his fourteenth birthday. Huynh had spent the entire years exploring Hoenn and all it had to offer. During his travels, Huynh had met a mysterious Absol that needed medical attention. Huynh, being the caring individual he was, rescued the pokemon. When Huynh arrived at Professor Birch's lab, the Absol had become his companion after rescuing the brunette from many close calls.
At this point, Huynh had no idea what to do. He had only the stuff in his bag and the Absol that had started to walk by his side. Professor Birch was his only lifeline once again, and the Professor suggested exploring Kanto and other regions to learn even more about pokemon. The very idea had excited the teen, but he had one last thing to do before leaving.
Huynh returned to his home which was located in a more northern section of Hoenn. It was there that he meet his other partner, a spunky Sneasel. Huynh and his Absol forcefully induced the Sneasel in their little group, and it only seems natural now as the three have finally adjusted to each other. After leaving a message taped to the door of his older house, Huynh was finally ready to head to Kanto.
Huynh has now been in Kanto for a month or two. His journey has been slow as he works his way further and further through a new land with many new pokemon secrets to learn.
