S T A F F R A N K S
- A d m i n i s t r a t o r - The head admin, or the administrator, of the site is the person who maintains all that goes on. The admin is in charge of all that goes on. Her word is law. An admins duty is to oversee all that goes and maintain the site so that it continues to survive.
- C o - A d m i n - The Co-admins are second in charge when it comes to rank. Should the admin be away, the Co-admins take over and do what they can to keep things moving. They can do just about anything the admin can do in regards to staff powers, and have authority over everyone in the site except the head admin. Only the most trusted and active members will be given the position of Co-admin.
- H e a d G - M o d - This rank splits into two equal groups- Head Global Mods, and Head Graphic Mods. The head g-mods are in charge of looking over the normal g-mods in the corresponding branch, and are expected to do more than the previous rank. They have more powers as well as responsibilities than a normal g-mod, such as accepting character applications. Only the best Global and Graphic Mods will make it to this rank.
- G r a p h i c M o d - Graphic Mods are in charge of anything graphic or spriting related to the site. They make sprites, skins and other artistic skills to help the site. While they are not expected to mod like their Global Mod counterparts, they have all the same abilities as a Global Mod, plus the addition of being able to create skins. Only those skilled in both sprites and graphics will be given the job of a Graphic Mod.
- G l o b a l M o d - Global Mods are capable of modding in any area of the site, thus having a good bit of responsibility with them. It is mostly their job to keep the roleplay moving by modding as much as they can handle. Only moderators who prove their literacy and capabilities are able to become Global Mods.
- M o d e r a t o r - Moderators are the lowest rank staff on the site, but still have a good deal of work under their belt. They are given a few areas to mod in, normally busier places where they are expected to help out the global mods. This is the staff position most new staff members will be given.

S T A F F R U L E S
- A u t h o r i t y - All staff answer to the head admin. All other staff answer to any staff member higher in ranking. Disobeying an admin or higher ranked staff member may have consequences. This is to keep the order in the site.
- M o d d i n g - Modding is one of the most important jobs of any staff member, as it is something that needs to be constantly done in order to keep the roleplay moving. While modding, all staff are expected to follow the same exact rules as any other member. It is a staff members responsibility to give out experience, levels, etc. as needed to the member being modded.
- S p e c i a l P o k e m o n - While Special Pokemon are included in the randomizers with an extremely low occurance rate, it is still mandatory for a mod to ask permission of an Admin, or Co-admin to give the Pokemon to the member being modded. When asking for permission to hand out a rare Pokemon (Dark Pokemon), they must show a screenie proving what they had gotten with the randomizer. Even so, the Admin/Co-Admin does not have to approve.
- G i v e a w a y s - Giveaways are not to be held without the permission of an admin, no matter the size. Special Events are to be scarce to prevent the overflow of rare Pokemon on the site.
- D r o p I t - If an argument is occurring anywhere on site, a staff member may step in and tell everyone to 'Drop it'. If the subject is not dropped by the third time, the staff member may then issue a warning on the user's account, or in more extreme cases, be banned from the chatbox, or from the site itself.
- R e s p o n s i b i l i t y - All staff members are responsible for their own actions. If they abuse their powers, or fail to do their job, it is a possibility that one may be demoted or entirely stripped of their powers. A Staff Assessment will be held every other month or so to check up on the progress of the staff. Poor results in the assessments may result in negative consequences.
